Emeryville 4-H meets once per month, September thru June, usually on the 2nd or 3rd Monday of the month at 5:30. Locations vary between a local school, rec center, local park and Zoom. For in-person meetings, pizza is available for purchase at 5:15 (with an RSVP so we know how much to order). Our meetings run for 1.0 to 1.5 hours, depending on the month.

Usually about 30-40 members show up for our monthly community club meetings, plus assorted parents. At these meetings, we go over club business, announce county events, hear project reports, and do fun activities. We may also have a “Cool Person from Our Community” speaker or we may work on a service activity. Sometimes the meetings have themes, and sometimes we do small group breakouts. Our Youth Officers (kids age 12+) plan and run the meetings, with support and guidance from adult leaders. New Officers are elected every May for the following program year.
