4-H YOUTH Enrollment Procedure
- Alameda County uses the ZSuite portal for enrollment.
- Please enroll only your child(ren) UNLESS you are planning to complete the Adult Volunteer Certification Process. For details on the process, email admin@emeryville4h.club. If you are planning to Certify, then also enroll yourself as an Adult Volunteer when you enroll your child(ren).
- The annual youth fee this year is $100. That fee goes to the state and county to support the 4-H program. None of that fee stays in our club. At this link, you will pay your child’s 4-H enrollment fee online via credit card, or apply for a fee waiver. If paying by credit card is an issue, please email admin@emeryville4h.club.
- ONLY IF you are going through the Volunteer Certification Process, you will also pay your adult volunteer fee online at that link. Your volunteer fee can be reimbursed by our club if you email your receipt to treasurer@emeryville4h.club.
- PROJECT SELECTION: During the enrollment process, you’ll need to choose a project for your child. Our current projects may or may not be uploaded yet.
- If they are current, please pick the project(s) that they are interested in. However, choosing project(s) in ZSuite does not guarantee enrollment in that project(s). Our club uses a Project Sign-Up googlesheet to track and finalize project enrollment. Email admin@emeryville4h.club for project sign-up information.
- If they are not current, just choose the “Group Determined” placeholder project.
